We have a little bit of freezing rain predicted and then maybe some flooding. Flooding always seems to follow some good snow. So we shall see.
We have enjoyed the cold, the snow, the slow down. We've gotten a little stir crazy but not too bad. We roll with what life throws us and right now it is just slowing us down. Taking our time.
When this is over though I think we may need a trip to Dizzy Castle to burn through a lot of that energy that is just here.
I am always grateful for the positives. The bug populations should have gotten taken down a few notches. We did have to slow down and I think it is good when our lives are so busy. We got to make snow angels and watch freezing bubbles. We played with the neighbor's dog in the snow.
I get a little sad at the ones who are complaining. Life is never exactly as we want it to be and the best thing is learning how to roll with it.
