Boots

Caitlyn at work wears these beautiful suede boots. I really like them. Thought about them and decided they would go really nice with a longer black skirt. Elizabeth and I want to dress up for the symphony in Dec. So I asked Caitlyn where she got her boots. Well she got them at the mall for about $100. Now my nature is pretty frugal. So she told me they had some like them at Target for $30. That is more to my liking. Well the ones at Target hurt my feet. Walmart didn't have anything close to my size. Naturally.

So Thursday was my Elizabeth day. So we went shopping. Checked a different Target for sizes. Went to Walmart and got her a crochet hook and yarn for school. Went to eat at Sweet Tomatoes. I think that is one of her favorite places. Then we went to Kohls to see their selection. Well they have a wonderful selection of shoes there. Found boots. Couldn't get them on my feet at first. But then I prevailed and did it. My boots were $80 there, but turned out to be on sale for $50. Elizabeth fell in love with a short pair of boots that go great with jeans. She insists they will go with a dress.....I'm not too sure, but they are hers. They were also on sale and that made us happy.
