Gifted

I had just been thinking that I needed a friend with a zucchini plant.  Someone who was over run with the squash.  My Aunt Helga taught me how to make this German squash dish and I love it.  But I don't want to be paying grocery store prices all the time.
Well the neighbor came over this evening and asked if we would be interested in some cucumbers and/or zucchini.  We naturally took both.  A couple of those squash are bread size and I love zucchini bread.  Dave's cousin Karen was the one who gave me a great recipe for that.
Lucky us being gifted such wonderful food.
