Oh my gosh. So the little man asks if he told me about the brains. No, no he had not. So he told me he misbehaved and lost recess with his class. He was going to get a recess later with the principal by themselves. Something must have come up and it got a bit postponed and when it worked out it had gotten chillier outside. So instead he got to go to a fourth grade class.
And they had brains. A mouse brain, a rat brain, a sheep brain and a human brain. He was so excited about the fact that they got to touch them, wearing gloves of course. And then they did an electrical experiment with the muscles in their arms. He was over the top about it.
I pointed out to him that that is why he goes to school. For experiences like that....because he isn't ever getting that at home. But he got it at school and it was spectacular.
