Josh is going to do some pressure washing for me and I'm not going to pay him. So the opportunity came up to buy a voucher for two Cinetopia tickets with a beverage credit for a really decent price. I immediately thought of him and bought one for him. Then all week I have planned on connecting with him to give it to him. Between his long hours and the kids being sick, it wasn't working out.
Tonight we finally connected and he was pleased with his present. Then he proceeded to ask me to buy grass seed. He had thatched the yard and wanted to reseed. Ah, the joys of being a landlord. Anyway he keeps the yard looking nice and he is going to pressure wash. A bag of seed is a small price to pay.
