And So It Goes

The creepy neighbor continues on his quest to get me to talk to him.  I'm so not sure if he is stupid and hoping for reconciliation or trying to be intimidating.  He never says anything inappropriate...he just keeps talking.  And I keep ignoring.  I guess he doesn't realize that keep pushing me means I am pushing back....you just don't see it yet.
