So the parking lot got a sealant. Made it all nice and new looking and very black. All the cars had to park on the street. By tonight the black was dry. And boy oh boy, did the kids have a blast. The bikes and scooters came out and they rode and rode for a couple of hours. No cars in the lot and none to worry about coming in. There were at least 11 kids out there including mine. Wish they had a place like that all the time besides the skatepark. The skatepark is great but not for two year-olds.
