It was a day for an adventure. We had to catch the bus to catch BART. And then we got on BART going the wrong way. My directions were good as long as I could see the ocean, but then the bus took us all over in all different directions. So when we were on the train platform I was totally backwards. So we rode BART to the airport and then rode it back downtown to the trolley.
They loved the trolley. We rode it all the way down to the wharf. We got chocolate at Ghiradelli square. They got hats from a street vendor and then they played in the bay. The little man was wearing jeans and they kept falling after that. All that weight from the water and the sand.
So it was then a return trip back to the hotel for a shower and a change. We went out for dinner and he fell asleep at the restaurant. I think he was completely exhausted.
