So I wake up to a text from Tanya. Seems my mom asked her to ask Doug for the kids' bunkbeds. I have commented that the bunkbed would probably work better at her house, but I no longer expect to get anything even our stuff.
So I guess Tanya did ask Doug. And being the wonderful, loving, kind, helpful person that he is he told her he would stick it outside some time this week and that Pat could collect it. He would then let Tanya know when he had done that so she could let me know.
Three things;
Good thing it isn't predicted to rain this week.
No one asked me or Pat about it and if it works with our plans.
The bunkbed is in pieces and I'm sure all the pieces won't be outside, assuming that
it really gets put outside......there isn't a good track record with that.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.
