Always in the past my/our stuff has moved via pick-up truck or u-haul. And that means mostly the stuff just gets stuffed and moved. Anything that needs care usually goes in a car.
Today a moving company came. They only moved my furniture that I am keeping. Everything was wrapped and moved with great care. Everything arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. The whole thing went smooth and was done in about three hours. They were happy to find out the refrigerator was not going upstairs. ;p
As I always say, where my bed is is where I am. That means I am moved. Not all my stuff, but the big stuff and me.
Now to get at getting the rest done. Dump day is Friday.
