The little kids and I went with Dave to Lowe's and bought a new bbq grill. Our old one just fell apart. Dave had rebuilt it last season hoping to make it last through this one. That didn't happen. So this time we opted for a smaller infrared one. Figured we weren't cooking for crowds anymore so didn't need the big monster. Imagine how happy I was when they rang it up and it was on sale. I didn't know. I was happy happy. Saved me $60. Got to like that.
Brought it home and unloaded it onto the deck. Dave put it together and it is ready for a test run tonight with Mom's steaks. She likes to buy steaks occasionally and have Dave cook them. Tonight is one of those nights. Got some nice red potatoes to go with them. Should be a lovely meal.
