Mona

Visited with my friend Mona today.  We had six months to catch up on.  Always amazed at how much our lives run together.  We get the same problems.
We talked about paintings.  I get to pick one of hers as she is trying to downsize.  Told her I would pick it next time.  We talked about kids and yards and old friends.  We talked about Arizona a lot.  She had just spent three months down there.  I had a feeling about that.
She is slowing down, but she is painting again.  And doing beautiful work.  She said she went through her portfolio and had tons of work she didn't even remember painting.  It just comes easy for her.  Natural talent.
I missed her so much and am so glad we found a few minutes to catch up.
