Four Weeks

I've been doing the treadmill for four weeks now.  Must be working.  The treadmills keep track of your heartrate.  My goal is to get my heartrate into the 130's and I did that by week two.  This week working at the same level that it takes to do that my heartrate has dropped.  Now I have to decide if I need to work harder.
