I am tired. Second day of eight hour shifts on my feet. My feet are royally complaining. That's all right though since tomorrow we go back to normal shifting. I can tell when I am tired at work because I get rummy. I get mischievous. And I have a good time.
So today's weirdness was not just one, but two people giving me their numbers to collect their bags and then walking off without them. The first guy actually left and came back about twenty minutes later. Good thing we weren't busy at the time. And the second one needed to go back in the store to complete her transaction. Guess she thought she was done and she wasn't.
I had a Nathan comment on my name tag and that reminded Brenda about the show "Superstore". That show has a character who never uses her real name either when helping customers and for the same reason as me. Makes me wonder who has heard me explain it and then benefited from it. Too funny.
Marti got to join us both days to cover for our lunches. She had a blast doing it. She didn't realized how much work it is even when it isn't slammed doing backpacks. We enjoyed working with her.
