Tacos

I didn't think we would have the tacos and I would miss them.  But the stars aligned.  Cassie makes these things called tacos al pastor which are made with pork, lime juice and pineapple juice.  She makes homemade guacamole.  We were talking about the guacamole and how easy it is.  Comparing notes on how we do it similarly and different.  She had never thought about adding jalapenos.  So tonight she made it her way but adding the jalapenos and it was delicious.  And so were the tacos.  She commented that after she made chicken tacos once they never went back to ground beef tacos.
