Today is a joyous day. Kaden Gene made his appearance weighing in at 10 pounds 7 ounces. He is a blessing. He is my great-nephew. My sister Denise became a grandma again. She sure is collecting a few of those grandchildren.
Kaden Gene is again named after my dad. We have many family members with his name as their middle name. Starts with my brother, then my son, then my grandson and now Carey's son, who is also a great-grandchild of my dad. Dad would be so proud and honored and somewhere he is smiling down on us.
