The littles were a big help in digging the hole. We are getting it prepared for the tree we will plant in Papa's honor. After digging they discovered there were many kinds of bugs in the dirt. Ants, worms, potato bugs, etc. They were fascinated. They also liked digging the hole. Lucky for us the dirt wasn't all compacted and hard. Came out pretty easy. We may have made a good choice to do it today.
