We have been doing a lot of activities again. It is reminiscent of our first year here. We did a lot then also. It keeps us moving, burning energy. Keeps me taking my steps. I lost twenty pounds that first year and then gained it back the next year when we slowed down and weren't doing stuff all the time. It feels right to be back at it and doing well. I've relost 13 of those twenty. :)
The littles sleep better if they get a lot of activity. I didn't have to remember this year because we had such a mild winter. They have had a lot of outside play.
Still watching for a bike carrier so we can incorporate riding bikes into our repertoire of activity.
