Dad Day

Today was a dad day.  Little things that just struck me.  A truck went by and on the side it said Claim Jumper.  My dad used that as his CB handle for a long long time.  Later in the day Claim Jumper came up again.  Haven't seen it in years and years and here it was twice in one day.
Then another truck said chaparral.  Now my dad never had any truck or trailer with that on it.  But he did have a Chaparral snow mobile.  And as I recall it was fast.  My dad was a bit of a thrill seeker.  My best story about him and me and that snow mobile was we were out in a field and we had to cross a fence.  So he got off to hold the fence down while I gave it gas and went over the fence.  I was probably 7 or 8.  Well I gave it too much gas and went further than he intended for me to go.  Like I said it was fast.
I have always been a believer in signs and omens.  So I think Dad was conversing with me today.  Letting me know he was thinking about me and the littles.  Little people he never met.  Letting me know I am always doing the right thing.
Love you Dad.  Light and love.
