It was the little woman's first Brownie meeting tonight. We arrived just a little early and found our room at Brookdale Sr. Living. The little woman knew one of the other girls immediately and she was excited. And the other girl was happy to see her also. The best part was when Brooklyn walked in. I think she is going to be fine. We had talked about it being a club and her making more friends.
Afterwards she said she was coming back. I'm glad. I really really want her active in some stuff. I still believe that active kids (not every minute) get in less trouble. Active kids are more motivated to do things. My experiences have not necessarily always proved that, but it is what I believe.
The little man could not understand why he couldn't be part of it. He did not care the least that it was for girls. Sorry little man....boy scouts for you in a couple of years. ;p
